The staff was attentive, highly courteous, and responded promptly to requests. I booked a room with a good bed, an iron and a whirlpool. The breakfast was warm and adequate with the sausages and bacon as well as the sausages, as example and had something for everyone.

I must comment on its central location - it was absolutely perfect!

Honestly no complaint. Wonderful place with free Wi-Fi and attached restaurant. Fantastic location when travelling to Sault Ste. Marie. Next to the river, museums, the river walk and close to the international bridge, and waterfront and tourist. Attentive staff throughout. Hot and adequate breakfast, plenty of meals.

I've stayed here multiple times and would definitely recommend it. The location is awesome - super close to a casino and a movie theater. Plus, you can easily walk to a pharmacy and a market for anything you need. 🏨

The staff were absolutely courteous and thoughtful, their services were great! Booked queen room, that was provided with a great view and coffee maker, as for instance. The hotel was comfortable and absolutely fabulous and in a central location adjacent to Canyon, Roberta Bondar Park, and restaurants along the waterfront. Furthermore, vERY close to the train station.

The hotel offers a hot breakfast with real eggs, orange juice and also great coffee. The atmosphere is family and everyone from the staff are very friendly. The location is FAVOURABLE, quite close to the casino.

Stayed here before, modern and absolutely fabulous place to stay. The staff were very friendly.- It was in a good location with GFL Memorial Gardens Sports Arena nearby.- Located in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown.

The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance of many tourist sights. It is conveniently situated adjacent to the airport, a shopping center, and the Mary River boardwalk.3. The staff were friendly and very courteous from the moment we arrived.

The hotel had a central position next to the mall across the street, rail station for the Agawa train, and restaurants and shopping. The staffs were courteous & exceptional.

The hotel's central location was great, just minutes away from Berkana Art Studio. The area around the hotel was very comfortable.- We particularly enjoyed the spacious room with a beautiful view.

i had suite that also was complete with a view of the bridge as well as comfortable beds. the hotel was in a central setting close to the bridge for returning to usa.

Conveniently located within walking distance of a church, the room had cozy queen beds and a microwave.
